Exchange & Alteration
At Famos, all our garments are made to order with careful attention to fit and finish. To ensure the best fit, we encourage you to:

Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
However, in case you require alterations, we will be happy to assist.
Courier charges for sending the garment to us will be borne by the customer.
Famos will bear the return shipping cost after the alteration is completed.
Alteration requests can be sent to info@famos.co.in or made via customer care.
⚠️ Note: No exchange, return, refund, or alteration is possible on sale or discounted merchandise.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any goods sold.
In case of a genuine quality issue, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Upon verification:
We will either replace the piece or
Provide you with a store credit, subject to our terms and conditions.
If the required size or item is not in stock, the amount paid will be credited to your Famos Wallet, which can be used against any future purchase.
