To purchase products from the Site, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

While we strive for accuracy, actual product colors may differ slightly from what appears on your device due to varying screen settings.

9. Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of products.

  • Pricing or description errors.

  • Quality control concerns.

  • Limitations on quantities.

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your card account. No refunds apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

By User

Cancellations by users are allowed only within 12 hours of order placement, subject to the product not being shipped. Store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

10. Fraud Monitoring

Famos reserves the right to monitor accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity. We may:

  • Suspend or delete fraudulent accounts.

  • Cancel associated orders without liability.

  • Initiate legal action for recovery of losses and costs.

11. Payment Details

You must use a valid credit/debit card lawfully owned by you. We are not liable for fraudulent transactions. All payment information is handled securely and only shared as required by law or fraud verification protocols.

12. Limitation of Liability

Famos and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect or consequential damages,

  • Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses,

  • Resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Famos and its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of:

14. Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of GST. Final taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination. Shipping charges may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel confirmed orders in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability,

  • Quality issues,

  • Pricing errors.

In such cases, if payment was made online, the amount will be refunded to the card used for payment. No refunds are provided for COD orders.

15. Trademarks & Copyrights

All content, logos, images, and trademarks on the Site are the property of Famos. You may not:

  • Copy,

  • Reproduce,

  • Modify,

  • Publish,

  • Distribute, or

  • Use for commercial purposes

any content from the Site without written consent.

16. General Terms

These Terms do not create a partnership or agency between you and Famos.

Any notice sent to your registered email is deemed delivered within 24 hours. Notices sent by certified mail are deemed delivered within 3 business days.

We may terminate your account for breach of these terms without notice. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

17. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration with a sole arbitrator appointed by Famos.
